Swedish-Somali Environmental Co-operation, SWE- GOLIS




Swe-Golis is a non-profit organization, consisting of a group of Swedish and Somali professionals with intererest and specialities in environmental technology and human resources.
Swe-Golis aims, through environmental and developmental projects in Somaliland and on the horn of Africa, to:
  • Promote and develop sustainable development in Somaliland and on the horn of Africa, with respect to the environment, human resources and technology.

  • Promote exchange between Sweden and Somaliland with respect to knowledge, experience and culture.

  • Be a politically and religiuosly independent actor in the environmental and development sector.
Swe-Golis aims to realize this by means of environmental and development projects on site together with foremost local, but also international, communities and organizations.
